Kelly Burchill is a third-generation South Tampa native and Broker Associate with Compass in Florida and New York. She specializes in South Tampa luxury real estate, off-market opportunities, and NYC-to-Tampa relocation. With more than a decade in real estate and a previous career in TV news, Kelly brings a journalist’s instinct for research and storytelling to every transaction.
She grew up in Sunset Park, attended Plant High School, and still lives in the neighborhood today, raising her family just blocks from where she grew up. Her local knowledge runs generations deep, and she uses it to guide clients with confidence—whether they’re buying their first home or selling a legacy property.
Kelly’s long-standing love for New York City and her work with New Yorkers relocating to Tampa led her to build a business across both markets.
