I'm a third-generation South Tampa native. I grew up in Sunset Park, went to Plant High, and studied TV news at USF - then spent about ten years as a reporter before real estate.
That background matters more than it sounds. Reporting taught me how to dig: off-market inventory, who actually owns a property, where a neighborhood is heading before it shows up in the data. And growing up here means I'm not learning this market - I've watched it change my whole life.
I work as an advisor, not a salesperson. Sometimes that means telling a buyer to walk away. I also connect people between two markets I know well: Tampa Bay and New York.
I work both markets — South Tampa and Manhattan - so a move between them isn't two separate transactions with two people who don't talk to each other. It's one plan. If you're relocating in either direction that's exactly the kind of thing I'm built for.
