Kelly Burchill is a third-generation South Tampa native, a trusted real estate advisor, and someone who’s built her career on connection, intuition, and a deep understanding of the market she calls home. With over a decade of experience in real estate—and a previous career in TV news—Kelly brings a journalist’s instinct for research and storytelling to every transaction.

She grew up in Sunset Park, attended Plant High School, and still lives in the neighborhood today, raising her family just blocks from where she grew up. Because of Kelly’s long-standing love for New York City—and the undeniable wave of New Yorkers making Tampa their next chapter—she became a licensed broker associate in New York as well. She joined the Claudine O'Rourke in Manhattan, where she works closely with some of the city’s top producers, further strengthening the NYC-to-Tampa pipeline. This dual-market perspective allows her to serve as a connector, not just an agent—matching Gulf Coast properties with Northeastern buyers who crave space, sunshine, and a lifestyle upgrade.
